We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Project Manager
with a strong background in
HV projects, grid connections, ICP environments, or National Grid/DNO operations
.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle across
construction, design coordination, contractor management, programme planning, and commercial oversight
.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and wants to contribute to major renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects.

Project Delivery

• Manage electrical infrastructure projects from LV-400kV.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor construction activities to meet programme, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain real-time cost tracking, cashflow, risk registers, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety rules, and project-specific requirements.

Commercial & Contract Management

• Financial management of construction activities.
• Review and approve contractor invoices.
• Support contract sign-off and tender stage validations.
• Compile employers' requirements and technical documentation.

Stakeholder & Team Engagement

• Work closely with clients, DNOs, consultants, and internal teams.
• Chair weekly progress meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and promote company values.
• Support business development activities where required.

Essential Experience

• 5 years
  in HV industry as an Electrical Project Manager or similar.
• Experience with
  National Grid, DNOs, ICPs, or HV electrical contractors
  .
• Delivery of
  HV/LV grid infrastructure projects
  .
