As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our corporate finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage and support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal accounting policies
- Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
