What are the responsibilities and job description for the HubSpot Specialist position at InXpress?
About InXpress
InXpress is a fast-growing global shipping and logistics company helping businesses move products around the world – smarter, faster, and for less. With 25 years of experience and a footprint in 14 countries, we combine the reach of world-class carriers with the service and support of local experts.
The logistics industry is booming, and at InXpress, we’re scaling right alongside it, backed by a proven franchise network, expanding global partnerships, and a leadership team laser-focused on helping our people win.
This is your chance to get in at the right time. As a foundational hire in the Sales Enablement team, the HubSpot Specialist will be critical to establishing how we build the infrastructure of and push adoption for HubSpot across a global network.
As an individual contributor, you’ll work closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to bring strategy to life through clear communication, consistent execution, and forward-thinking ideas for scalable sales enablement and marketing programs. This is a high-impact role for someone who is confident operating independently and takes direction well, while having high excitement for shaping an established and evolving global brand.
Who You Are
As a HubSpot Specialist, you are a subject matter expert for all things HubSpot, using your technical expertise and drive for excellence to solve problems, improve processes, and ensure we are maximizing HubSpot’s potential to help us achieve our strategic goals for growth.
It’s a plus if you’re interested how marketing can be a growth partner for sales and have experience developing multi-modal campaigns comprising paid media, landing pages, dynamic inquiry forms, and marketing emails, that move prospects through the funnel.
You’re organized and proactive; comfortable juggling multiple priorities across time zones, and adept at managing inbound requests, prioritizing needs, and responding diplomatically to a franchise network of independent business owners.
You’re energized by building something new and undaunted by the absence of a clear roadmap. Working with a range of stakeholders doesn’t daunt you, and you thrive on collaboration and building strong relationships. You’re looking for a role where you have the opportunity to develop your career, take the lead on projects, and truly immerse yourself into becoming a pivotal part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
As the go-to person for HubSpot at InXpress, you will optimize its performance and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives by working closely with the team to understand the vision, goals, and requirements, and translate those into recommendations and actions. You will:
- Collaborate with the corporate commercial, support, and marketing teams to review, recommend, and implement best-practice processes and procedures within HubSpot
- Act as the point of contact for the corporate team and franchisees globally, answering questions, providing guidance, and coaching on how to get the most out of HubSpot
- Create custom modules, templates, workflows, and functionalities to enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes
- Oversee data integrity through data import management, data validate rules, data cleansing, and deduping, reinforcing the standards and conventions with other users
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on building campaigns, integrating lead channels, developing and deploying templates, and building and optimizing workflows to convert leads into customers
- Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for executive leadership and corporate users, ensuring data integrity and full-funnel visibility
- Analyze user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automations, in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Create and manage profiles, teams, corporate portal settings, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end users
- Share knowledge and best practices, carrying out training for new and existing users
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring experience in a similar role and will have:
- 1-5 years’ experience in as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant, particularly with the CRM and Marketing hubs
- Advanced credentialing through HubSpot Academy Certifications, specifically Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or HubSpot Reporting, a plus
- An understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Experience analyzing and presenting data in a meaningful way
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills across multiple formats and audiences; experience creating training courses and associated materials a plus
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving organization
