Pearagon is a HubSpot Diamond Partner consulting firm helping enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and legal industries transform their CRM operations through custom software, AI automation, and deep HubSpot expertise. We are looking for a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead to take ownership of complex technical delivery, lead a growing engineering team, and serve as the primary technical authority on client engagements.

• Lead and mentor a software engineering team delivering CRM integrations, AI automation solutions, and custom HubSpot implementations for enterprise clients
• Design and build HubSpot custom code workflow actions, CMS/HubL templates, UI extensions, serverless functions, and API integrations using Node.js and python
• Architect scalable solutions across HubSpot's Workflows API, CRM Associations v4 API, Custom Events API, and Transactional Email API
• Drive Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration projects end to end, including data mapping, transformation logic, and post-migration validation
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation pipelines and agentic workflows, including MCP server wrappers and native HubSpot AI connector integrations
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working solutions on time
• Own the full software development lifecycle across multiple concurrent client accounts, including scoping, architecture, implementation, and QA
• Develop Python and Node.js data analysis and reporting tooling to support client business intelligence needs
• Apply cybersecurity compliance knowledge to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements for clients in regulated industries including healthcare and finance
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code review practices, and documentation across the team
• Represent Pearagon as a technical thought leader at regional conferences and industry events on AI, automation, and HubSpot development topics

• 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Deep expertise in HubSpot development including custom code actions, CMS, HubL templating, UI extensions, and the HubSpot API ecosystem
• Strong proficiency in Node.js; Python experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience designing and implementing CRM integrations and data migration projects at an enterprise scale
• Hands-on experience building AI and automation solutions, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design patterns and experience working with third-party API ecosystems
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and the ability to design solutions that meet regulatory and data privacy requirements
• Experience with solution architecture across cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain client accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• HubSpot CMS Developer or Solutions Architect certification
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and cross-platform migration tooling
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or other regulated industry compliance standards
• Demonstrated thought leadership through conference speaking, technical writing, or published content
• Experience building with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or other AI agent orchestration frameworks
