Title: Program Finance Analyst
Location: Hybrid Remote/Alexandria, VA
Clearance: Secret
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in project planning and control, budgeting, EAC/ETC development, financial reporting across Cost Plus, T&M, FFP contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS and internal policies
- Set up procurement requests (PRs) in collaboration with the program and supply chain teams
- Prepare and deliver executive level financial briefings and management reports as required
- Work closely with program management staff to ensure accurate cost control, funding alignment, open commits, material tracking, and schedule adherence
- Review invoices/bills to ensure accuracy and adequate funding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, masters preferred, and ten (10) years of directly related experience working in a government contractor setting
- Proficient knowledge of Cost Plus, FFP, T&M contracts
- The ability to manage a portfolio of programs
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and applications such as: CostPoint, UNANET, COGNOS
- An active Secret security clearance
