- Gain a deep understanding of branch products, underwriting processes, and operations.
- Proven sales/marketing background with real estate–related experience and strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-up; self-starter who adapts to change.
- Comfortable with technology, including Salesforce and one or more real estate closing software platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience) and the ability to travel.
