- Assist with plant data verification and base file maintenance as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to support transaction flow and deadlines
- Previous title examination experience required
- Experience with RamQuest, Qualia, Title Data, and/or Data Trace preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service mindset with professional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented individual who is adaptable, dependable, and detail-focused
- Ability to remain flexible and composed while managing changing priorities and demands
