- Complete 1099 information in Qualia and prepare customer copies.
- Prepare and send lender packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with numbers and performing a range of mathematical operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues in a calm, positive, and professional manner.
- A team-oriented mindset
- Prior funding experience preferred, but not required.
- Good technology skills; Qualia experience a plus
