What You’ll Do: Position Highlights
- Execute strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly goals
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and nurture relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral sources
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that clearly communicate our value
- Maintain accurate client records and track activities in the company CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and excellent client outcomes
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead
- Represent the company at community and industry events (Chamber of Commerce, Realtor boards, etc.)
- Participate in team sales meetings and continuous professional development
- Minimum 3 years of successful title insurance sales experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/training experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- You’re relationship-driven and thrive in face-to-face client engagement
- You understand the title industry and know how to position your value - industry experience REQUIRED.
- You stay organized and accountable in a role with a high degree of independence
- You bring passion, confidence, and positivity to every interaction
