- Promote adoption of software, technology, and best-practice workflows to streamline ordering, production, and policy delivery.
- Minimum four years of experience in a real estate law firm, title agency, or related paralegal role.
- Strong proficiency with title production or closing software such as SoftPro, Qualia, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated success improving operational processes and driving workflow efficiency.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.
