Position Highlights
- Review files for inspection, insurance, bills, and tax certificates.
- Schedule closing with all parties.
- Complete 1099 information.
- Obtain HOA information and order payoffs.
- Prepare packages and send to buyer or seller.
- 3 years of title industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills
- RamQuest experience a plus
- Bachelors degree preferred
