This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Chapel Hill office. Candidates must be local or within commuting distance.

Join a dynamic corporate marketing team and help bring brand strategy to life across the company’s footprint through promotional item and gift initiatives, product lifecycle management, and social media support. In this role, you’ll identify, design artwork for, and facilitate ordering and delivery of fun promo and gift merchandise, manage product profiles and inventory accounting through an e-commerce platform, and maintain valuable customer and vendor relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate promotional item and gifting programs across multiple markets, including sourcing, ordering, and distribution
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative, on-brand promotional merchandise
• Manage product inventory, ordering logistics, and reporting through internal systems
• Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and quality control
• Support graphic design efforts for promotional items, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Assist in managing social media channels, including content support, monitoring, and analytics reporting
• Maintain accurate company information across digital platforms, including websites and social channels
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables within marketing systems
• Support broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, sponsorships, and events
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally with promotional items or gifting programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including mass email marketing and event management platforms (e.g., Constant Contact)
• Experience managing social media platforms, including content, accounts, and analytics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
