- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, builders, and internal teams
- Handle daily reconciliation items, deposits, and follow-up tasks as needed
- Maintain records for W-9s and assist with 1099 reporting and monthly reviews
- Address customer inquiries and escalate any disbursement disputes to leadership
- 3 years of experience in residential real estate closings, loan processing, accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience with business software; SoftPro experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial processes, including ledgers and reconciliation
- Ability to analyze detailed information and identify potential risks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
