We are looking for a motivated and confident Purchasing Agent to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to property owners by phone to discuss potential property purchases. This is a great entry-level opportunity—no prior real estate experience is required, and we provide full training to help you succeed. We welcome high school graduates and college students who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to property owners to inquire about selling their real estate
- Build rapport and communicate clearly with potential sellers
- Gather and record property details accurately in our system
- Follow up with leads and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with the team to move deals through the pipeline
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in college (all majors welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with new people
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE LICENSE
Preferred (Not Required):
- Bilingual skills (a plus, but not mandatory)
