General Purpose
Orders, receives, and properly stores food and beverage products. Maintains cleanliness of dry storage, walk in refrigeration and freezers, and beverage storage. Follows all food and beverage handling requirements by local, state, and federal regulations.
Essential Duties
High school education; or one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
Regularly stands, walks, sits, uses hands, reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, talks, hears, tastes or smells. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds.
Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds (team lift).
Environment/Noise
May work in wet or humid conditions (non-weather), in high, precarious places, and near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally works in extreme cold or heat (non-weather), may risk electrical shock or vibration. Noise level is moderate.
Certificates/Licenses
Valid Driver's License as to operate facility vehicles

- Fills requisitions from the specific outlets and delivers to appropriate outlets.
- Receives and stores food and beverage products in accordance with all rules and regulations.
- Ensures proper rotation of perishable products; food and beverage.
- Follows delivery and receiving procedures, implemented and directed by facility management.
- Identify cost of all items and document where all product is going as to associate cost with venue.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform monthly inventory of all food and beverage products with others.
- Maintain proper levels of inventory as to be able to turn inventory 2 times per month.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
