The HRIS Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System to support the organization's HR functions effectively. This position is responsible for analyzing HR data, identifying system improvements, and ensuring data integrity across all HRIS platforms. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance reporting capabilities and streamline HR processes. The Analyst will also provide technical support and training to HR staff, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs. Ultimately, this role drives the strategic use of HR technology to improve decision-making and operational efficiency within the organization.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support workforce planning, compliance, and management decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and implement new HRIS features.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS tools and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data and system processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge & Skills

  • The required skills enable the Analyst to efficiently manage and optimize HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Analytical skills are essential for interpreting HR data and producing meaningful reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication skills facilitate collaboration with HR, IT, and other departments to implement system improvements and provide user support.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools allows for effective data manipulation and visualization.
  • Preferred skills such as knowledge of Workday and project management enhance the ability to customize solutions and manage HRIS-related projects, contributing to continuous system enhancement and organizational success.
