ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support workforce planning, compliance, and management decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and implement new HRIS features.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS tools and processes.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and system processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
