Position contingent upon contract award. As the Program Scheduler, you’ll have a background in project scheduling and performance tracking to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's with 8 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Master's with 4 years KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM) Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret SCI CI Polygraph Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC www.intrepidgs.com Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
