JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Marshfield,
Wisconsin Company: I-State Truck Centers Scheduled Shift: M - F, 8:30am-
5:00pm CST. I-State Truck Center is looking for experienced Warehouse
Associates at our Marshfield, Wisconsin location. The Warehouse
Associate will be part of a team that fulfills critical roles associated
with shipping, receiving, stocking and order fulfillment. In addition,
this person will be responsible for the organization and cleanliness of
our warehouses and equipment, which will help ensure the safety of our
employees and the accuracy of inventory. Job Duties: RECEIVE PARTS &
STOCK Receive, examine, unpack, sort, check in, label and route incoming
shipments Reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with
shipper to rectify damaged items and shortages Submits freight/product
claims to vendors, as needed Sorted stock orders must be binned in the
appropriate location according to a predetermined sequence, such as part
number or vendor Use computer to receive POs and print labels Notify the
Parts Counter employees when parts arrive for their customers
Participates in inventory counts Performs all computer functions
necessary to track various aspects of goods. Maintain records of
incoming shipments ASSEMBLE ORDERS & STAGE THEM FOR DELIVERY Fill &
assemble customer and shop orders and distribute items accordingly Fill
supply requests for shops Bill customers for completed orders SHIP PARTS
Schedule carriers to pick up outgoing LTL shipments Appropriately
package, weigh and send out small shipments via UPS, FedEx and SpeeDee
Add freight charges to orders Maintains inventory of shipping materials
and supplies Maintain records of outgoing shipments Setup call tags for
parts that we need back from a customer PICK UP & DELIVER LOCAL PARTS
Transport parts & materials from receiving or production areas to
warehouses, internal departments, and local customers Required to make
pick-ups and deliveries to our suppliers for parts and raw materials
using a company van. MAINTAIN WAREHOUSES, DEPARTMENT VEHICLES, &
EQUIPMENT Maintain and organize warehouses to ensure the efficient
location of parts Cleanliness of warehouse and inspection of forklifts
and other equipment is needed to ensure the safety of everyone entering
the warehouse or operating the equipment Ensure Shipping & Receiving
vehicles are clean & taken in for routine maintenance Desired
Qualities/Skills: Experience using a Windows computer Proficient written
and verbal communication skills Efficient and thorough with exceptional
organizational skills Must show initiative and have a dependable work
