Location: Remote with occasional travel to Charlotte, NC

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant to support large-scale SAP service transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP Service Management processes, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to design, implement, and optimize SAP Service Management solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Service Management functional design, solutioning, and implementation activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
- Configure and support SAP Service Management modules and related integrations
- Drive workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support
- Define business process roadmaps and recommend best practices
- Collaborate with technical, integration, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Lead and mentor functional consultants and project team members
- Support project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of SAP Service Management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Service Order Management
- Service Contracts
- Warranty Management
- Field Service Management
- Resource Scheduling
- Service Parts Management
- Related SAP Service technologies
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP Service Management implementations
- Strong hands-on configuration and functional design experience
- Experience leading functional workstreams and managing teams of 10 resources
- Experience defining business process roadmaps and functional solution designs
- Prior experience supporting Products and Consumer Goods industry clients
- Previous experience in an Advisory or Consulting environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments and collaborate across distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications related to Service Management or S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service modules
- Exposure to SAP FSM (Field Service Management)
- Experience with SAP integration tools and cross-functional SAP modules
- Consulting background with enterprise-level implementations
