Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement modern business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps Code Apps, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.

The candidate will lead application development activities, build scalable and maintainable solutions, integrate business processes, and leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve development productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform.
• Develop and customize Power Apps Code Apps using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Build responsive, user-friendly application interfaces aligned with business requirements and usability standards.
• Design and implement automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, data models, and application integrations.
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, and other enterprise systems as required.
• Use GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to assist with code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and development workflows.
• Establish development standards, reusable components, coding practices, and application architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure application quality.
• Support application testing, deployment, release management, documentation, and ongoing production support.
• Apply appropriate security, access control, data governance, and environment management practices across Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience developing Power Apps Code Apps.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern web application development.
• Experience designing and developing workflows using Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, tables, relationships, and security.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and enterprise services.
• Experience with Git-based source control, collaborative development, and code review practices.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for AI-assisted software development.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Power Platform development initiatives.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), environment strategies, solution deployment, and release management.
• Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable business applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, and enterprise data governance.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical lead with strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise and modern web development skills. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build Power Apps Code Apps using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React, automate business processes with Power Automate, manage data through Microsoft Dataverse, and effectively leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude Code in the software development lifecycle.
