What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst- HR - Global Mobility Coordinator position at InterSources Inc?
Experience in corporate immigration and global mobility services with an emphasis in temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Advanced Excel skills, including report generation, data validation, and summarization with pivot tables
Proficiency with HR systems (Workday), case management ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and AI tools (Copilot, Claude)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
