Job responsibility:
Work for the onsite HR serivice center in Alibaba United States, Response for the onsite support on all the HR Benefit related issue for Alibaba oversea employees in United States. which including
1.Monthly statistics on employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfer data
2. Integration of monthly payroll and deduction data
3. Collection and verification of various special compensation data for overseas staff
4. Consultation and response to employee inquiries on benefits policies
5. Review of reports prepared by payroll vendors, submission for further approval, and follow-up on payments
6. Management of statutory benefits contributions and compliance with tax filing requirements
7. Coordination and support for HR audits
8.Benefit related question consultant
Requirement:
1.2-5 benefit experience or HR related work experience
2. Fluent English is a must, strong English written and verbal communication skills.
3.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, underscored by meticulous attention to detail.
4. Demonstrated excellence in roles that require an emphasis on client service, analytical reasoning, and advanced communication capabilities.
5. Fluent Mandrin Skills are perferred.
Salary range: USD 6-8K/monthly
