Position Overview:
The Sales Representative is a full-time role (40 hours/week) reporting to the CEO. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving new business and increasing sales with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Using competitive intel, customer relationships and historical data, strategically identify and target sales opportunities.
· Review and react to daily, weekly and monthly goals to maintain efficiency and ensure goals are met.
· Make daily sales calls to potential customers, documenting call activity and customer information as required.
· Using the CRM, stay abreast of the sales pipeline, establish leads and stay in tune with prospects to finalize and close the sale.
· Align with marketing objectives to provide an exceptional product to our customers.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare a variety of Intersign products to present at customer facing events.
· Attend various trade shows and sales events which may include overnight stays.
· Travel to customer locations as needed.
· Work with the marketing team to develop strategic long term marketing and sales plans.
· Partner with the Sales Support team to gather information from customers to complete sales quotes and provide product information.
· Stay focused, create and execute projects through to completion, analyze and evaluate results.
Qualifications:
- Previous B2B sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays
