As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and reactions to treatments promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-hospital care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of family planning
- Experience in medical documentation and catheterization procedures.
- Familiarity with nursing home settings.
