InterScripts is seeking a high-performing Techno-Sales Agent with a proven track record in selling technology services and enterprise solutions to healthcare organizations and health systems.
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong sales execution, capable of engaging CIOs, CTOs, CMIOs, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders within hospitals and enterprise health systems.
This role is based in our Chantilly, VA office and will focus on driving new business growth and expanding strategic relationships within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, and enterprise health systems.
- Sell technology solutions and services, including healthcare data platforms, data archiving, interoperability solutions, and enterprise integration services.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for target healthcare organizations.
- Build relationships with healthcare IT leadership, clinical leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and position InterScripts solutions.
- Deliver solution demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for customer environments.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for healthcare clients.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to support solution architecture discussions.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
- Maintain strong awareness of healthcare IT trends, regulations, and enterprise health system needs.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Identify partnership opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or technical sales.
- Proven experience selling technology services or solutions to healthcare organizations or enterprise health systems.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, including EHR environments, interoperability, or healthcare data platforms.
- Experience engaging with C-suite and senior IT leadership in healthcare organizations.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
