The Role at a Glance
We are seeking a driven, strategic Sales Workplace Solutions Director to accelerate revenue growth within a defined territory by delivering innovative workplace and global mobility solutions. This role focuses on selling local and global workplace solutions within a specified territory. It also involves identifying key targets, prospecting, scheduling face to face meetings, presenting solutions, closing new and existing business, and meeting revenue goals in a growing industry. A person must be strategic, self-motivated, proactive, exceptional with communication, great at building relationships, and work well in a collaborative team environment.
How You’ll Contribute
This position requires you to regularly visit clients and prospect within a designated local territory and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Your duties will include maintaining ongoing communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction, and providing oversight during service delivery.
You will research media resources and attend networking events and prospecting trade shows, and local events. You will also initiate contact with leads, schedule appointments, send follow-up correspondence and sales materials, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company database. You will also be responsible for distributing marketing materials, setting up follow-up dates, providing updates to supervisors, and participating in departmental sales meetings.
The role also requires your strict adherence to ethical business practices and established sales processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Education/Work Experience/Certificates
- Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferable with a concentration in marketing, sales, and/or business
- Three to five years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the moving (household or workplace), commercial real estate, architectural and design, office furniture, or adjacent industry

Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 Base Performance Incentive
Total compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and demonstrated sales performance.
