Job Description
You'll help shape competitive pricing strategies for U.S. government healthcare and operational programs, balancing compliance, profitability, and business growth. Working closely with finance, operations, and proposal teams, you'll build cost models, analyze pricing strategies, and contribute directly to winning new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed cost models and pricing templates aligned with program requirements and scope.
- Analyze staffing plans, labor rates, compensation data, and locality considerations to support pricing assumptions.
- Support pricing strategies across fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, time-and-materials, and IDIQ opportunities.
- Evaluate cost drivers, margins, and profitability to provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Research market trends, labor data, and industry benchmarks to strengthen pricing recommendations.
- Collaborate with proposal, finance, and operational stakeholders to develop accurate and timely pricing submissions.
- Ensure pricing deliverables align with applicable regulations, internal controls, and established business practices.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in government contracting, pricing, proposal support, or financial analysis.
- Experience supporting pricing activities for FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ contract types.
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of cost structures, labor pricing, and profitability drivers within government-funded programs.
Preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical services, or operational service programs.
- Experience contributing to proposal development in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exposure to market research, labor rate analysis, and competitive pricing strategy development.
