We currently have an opening for a Human Resource Generalist to provide support primarily to four manufacturing facilities in Arkansas. The position will reside in Fort Smith but provide additional support to facilities in Conway and Russellville. Regular travel to all four facilities is required.
We are looking for a highly motivated, engaged, and committed individual that has an interest or background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
The Human Resource Generalist will work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management providing superior human resources services to our employees and the facility. This position will support a broad range of human resource activities including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance training, and leadership development. This is a “hands on” position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of multi-faceted Human Resources Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment
- Union Free (Non-Union) experience is a plus
- Excellent communication interpersonal and change management skills
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Demonstrated ability in managerial courage

Candidates must have ability to work independently, be customer focused, have excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and people skills.
