What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director, Digital Solutions position at International Motors, LLC?
Position Overview

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers and data scientists to build predictive models and seamless digital experiences that reduce costs, optimize revenue, and strengthen our dealer ecosystem within the commercial trucking industry.
Why Join Us?
This role offers the unique opportunity to manage high-level business risk in an environment where uncertainty is viewed as an opportunity. You will have the autonomy to build a "win-win" ecosystem for one of the most critical players in the commercial transport industry, leveraging the latest in AI and digital platform technology.

· Cross-Functional Hub: Act as the primary liaison between the Commercial teams, the R&D teams, solving quality issues, and the IT teams, building the delivery platforms.
2. AI-Driven Parts Pricing Ecosystem
· Predictive Innovation: Lead the implementation of advanced AI/ML suites (including Syncron) to benchmark parts pricing against competitors and identify optimal market "sweet spots."
· Ecosystem Integration: Ensure that AI-driven pricing logic is not siloed, but fully integrated into the broader dealer and customer digital ecosystems.
· Commercial Alignment: Work directly with Retail and Wholesale Parts Business teams to gain approval for pricing strategies and ensure alignment with GTM objectives.
3. DMS Integration & GTM Strategy
· Strategic Partnerships: Move beyond technical execution to define the long-term Go-To-Market strategy and partnership models with Dealer Management System (DMS) providers.
· Synergy Identification: Analyze functional overlaps between internal service ecosystems and external DMS platforms to develop "win-win" integration proposals.
· Workflow Optimization: Oversee the deployment of integrations that simplify dealer workflows and enhance data transparency.
4. Leadership & Technical Governance
· Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, including software developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of risk-informed innovation.
· Platform Oversight: Provide strategic direction for enterprise platforms such as Pega and Syncron.
