Minimum Requirements

• Prior non-code welding experience

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
• Ability to perform welding in hard to reach and awkward positions 
• Ability to walk/stand up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to perform work while wearing specialized welding PPE
• This position is safety sensitive and may involve the operation of vehicles, operation of equipment, and/or involve work with power tools, or handling of hazardous materials, that could result in injury or damage to person/property/manufacturing process

Desired Skills

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to correctly prepare weld areas and set related equipment
• Ability to weld areas of fitted components in a strategic pattern to minimize or avoid warping due to post welding
