The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing team in New York City. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires. You will partner closely with hiring managers across our agency to attract top talent in marketing services, with a particular focus on public relations and communications disciplines. What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across marketing services disciplines, including public relations, content, experiential, digital marketing, and account management
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions, define ideal candidate profiles, and set realistic timelines
  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking events, and industry communities
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, presenting qualified shortlists to hiring managers with clear, structured feedback
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline hygiene at all times
  • Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation frameworks and market benchmarks
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline conversion rates
  • Stay current on talent market trends within the luxury marketing, PR, and communications space


Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, MUST HAVE marketing services, communications, or PR agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for public relations roles (account executives, PR managers, communications strategists, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of the marketing agency landscape and the roles within it
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience working with an ATS (ie: Breezy, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience


The following are a bonus but not required:

  • Experience recruiting within luxury lifestyle verticals — specifically luxury travel (hospitality, tourism, travel advisory) or luxury real estate (residential brokerage, development, property marketing)
  • Familiarity with boutique or specialist agency cultures and the nuances of recruiting creatives and communications professionals
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarks and talent market dynamics specific to NYC-based marketing agencies
