The Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of Luxury Engagement & Client Services to lead client growth, elite audience acquisition, and white-glove service delivery across our experiential portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, client leadership, and UHNW engagement, with accountability for client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth. You will play a critical role in connecting luxury brands with highly curated audiences—driving both immediate results and enduring brand loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Client Services & Account Leadership
- Serve as senior client lead across key luxury accounts, ensuring exceptional service, strategic alignment, and long-term relationship growth
- Partner with clients to translate experiential strategies into measurable business outcomes, including revenue impact and brand affinity
- Oversee account health, client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth opportunities
- Lead post-event reporting and insights, providing clear performance metrics and strategic recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive ideas and market intelligence
UHNW Engagement & Guest Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage HNW/UHNW audiences across global markets
- Build and maintain direct relationships across private banks, family offices, wealth advisors, private aviation, concierge services, and elite membership communities
- Curate high-quality guest pipelines aligned with brand positioning and experiential goals
- Ensure discretion, exclusivity, and brand integrity across all touchpoints
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, secure, and grow high-value partnerships across luxury sectors including hospitality, finance, travel, fashion, and lifestyle
- Structure and monetize partnerships that expand access to elite audiences and create new revenue streams
- Develop co-branded initiatives and bespoke experiences that enhance client impact and brand visibility
Concierge & Experience Delivery
- Oversee white-glove concierge services, ensuring seamless, personalized guest journeys from invitation through post-event engagement
- Drive conversion from engagement to brand affinity and purchase behavior
- Maintain best-in-class service standards reflective of the ultra-luxury market
Data & Performance
- Own the experiential data strategy, including CRM, guest acquisition tracking, and performance reporting
- Establish clear KPIs across client success, audience engagement, and revenue impact
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize future programs and client strategies
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across partnerships, client services, and concierge
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and elevated service delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all programs
OPTIMA Integration
- Lead integration of OPTIMA into the experiential ecosystem
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and enhance client value through integrated offerings
- Ensure operational rigor while maintaining high-touch service standards
Who You Are
- 10 years of leadership experience in luxury, private client services, partnerships, or experiential marketing
- Proven success managing senior client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep network within UHNW ecosystems (wealth management, private clubs, luxury travel, concierge, etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and strategic partnerships
- Experienced team leader with executive presence and client-facing polish
- Highly strategic, data-informed, and relationship-driven
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
