Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and briefs, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Assist in government investigations and enforcement matters
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas
- Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic case development
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 2–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm (white collar, investigations, or complex commercial litigation preferred)
- Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn across a broad range of litigation matters
- Eligible to practice in New York
