M&A and Private Equity Attorney

Our client, a global elite law firm with offices across the world, are looking to strengthen their Chambers Ranked Private Equity practice in New York.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely (hybrid) or in the office.

Responsibilities

• The role entails handling various high-level transactional work which includes domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, strategic mergers, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings, JVs, and providing day to day corporate governance advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys, team members, and seasoned Partners on high-impact legal projects, contributing to a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working on elite corporate matters in an AmLaw 100 or elite boutique law firm environment.
• Juris Doctorate from an elite ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted in New York.

Base salary range: $260,000 - $435,000, commensurate with experience
