Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in single-plaintiff Labor & Employment matters
- Handle wage and hour class actions and representative actions, including PAGA-type claims
- Draft high-quality written work product with strong attention to detail
- Work closely with partners and team members on complex employment litigation
- Contribute to case strategy, investigations, discovery, and motion practice
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant Labor & Employment litigation experience in California
- Strong experience in wage and hour class actions and representative wage/hour claims
- Excellent writing skills and high attention to detail
- Strong academic credentials
- Active California Bar license required

- Salary range: $250,000–$320,000, depending on experience
