Our client’s Corporate Practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join their thriving Orlando office. The firm’s corporate offering worldwide is known for delivering exceptional legal and market expertise across a wide spectrum of transactional matters. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and cross-border transactions.
• Advise clients on a broad array of corporate matters including restructurings, capital markets, venture capital investments, and syndicated lending.
• Provide practical legal counsel on clients' day-to-day business operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries such as healthcare, technology, life sciences, banking, telecommunications, and energy.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Orlando office and the broader Corporate Practice.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• Extensive experience handling sophisticated corporate transactions in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated track record of client development and origination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Portable book of business.
• Experience advising clients in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: life sciences, financial services, healthcare, technology, or energy.
