Pharmacy Support Coordinator
Interim Healthcare is looking to add to our dynamic team of Healthcare professionals! Grow professionally and personally as you work in the top medical facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area. This immediate need is in a Medication Therapy Management Department in St. Louis Park.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p.
Pay: $30.74 to $34.86/ Hour depending on experience
Essential Job Duties:
- Working in referral ques
- Manage quality adherence concerns
- Assisting with Inbasket management
- Preparing refill requests
- Assist in scheduling patient visits
- Coordinate and execute multiple Medication Therapy Management (MTM) engagement campaigns for high priority patient populations, including proactive outreach
Requirements:
- A healthcare degree such as a Pharmacy Tech or Medical Assistant is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business or Health Care Administration would also be a fit.
- Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably 2 years.
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient with the EPIC system
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
