As a Field Staff Employee, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Care for seniors in their homes & in facilities such as clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and schools
- Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes supervisor
- Help with daily activities with basic cares in nursing and as an aide
- check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
- Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment
A few must-haves:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active nursing license
- Active CNA or Med aide License within the state (transfer eligibility)
- Experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
- Must be 18 years of age, or older
