We are seeking an experienced Home Health QA Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the high standard of care that Interim HealthCare of OKC is known for.
Position Overview
The Home Health QA Nurse will review clinical documentation, support field staff with documentation standards, assist with regulatory compliance, and ensure timely, accurate processing of clinical notes, orders, and OASIS assessments.
This role requires previous Home Health experience and strong knowledge of Home Health compliance and documentation requirements.

What the Home Health QA Nurse Will Do
Documentation Review & Quality Assurance
• Review clinical notes for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Ensure documentation supports Home Health eligibility, visit frequencies, and medical necessity
• Monitor timeliness of orders, signatures, and documentation submission
OASIS & Regulatory Compliance
• Support clinicians with OASIS accuracy and required corrections
• Assist with compliance related to CMS, state regulations, and agency standards
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality and consistent documentation
Clinical Support
• Provide guidance to field staff on documentation requirements
• Communicate documentation needs clearly and professionally
• Assist with QAPI activities, tracking, audit prep, and quality improvement initiatives
Coordination & Communication
• Work closely with Clinical Supervisors, RN Case Managers, and office staff
• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up for required documentation
• Support smooth operations across Home Health services
What We’re Looking For
• Active LPN or RN license in Oklahoma
• Home Health experience required (QA, Case Management, OASIS, or field nursing)
• Strong understanding of Home Health regulations, documentation standards, and CMS requirements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with field clinicians
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
