What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN
-
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments with precision and care

Partner with families to educate and empower them in the care journey

Document visits clearly and timely to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For

Current LPN license in Oklahoma

At least one year of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
-
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient well-being

Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
