This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a BSIS Firearms Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive firearms training sessions in compliance with BSIS standards. Key responsibilities include conducting practical and theoretical instruction on firearms handling, overseeing safety protocols during training exercises, and ensuring participants acquire the necessary tactical skills. You will also assess trainees' progress and maintain accurate documentation of all training activities.
- Expertise in Firearms Instruction and Firearms Handling
- Background in Military or Tactical Training
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and tactical strategies
- Exceptional communication and teaching skills
- BSIS-certified Firearms Instructor license
- Ability to manage and motivate trainees in high-pressure situations
- Prior law enforcement or security experience is a plus
