This is a hands-on experience for individuals interested in lumber manufacturing to gain real-world experience in a sawmill environment while working as part of an operations team.
The starting rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do
- Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of assigned area.
- Assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.
- Observe and learn basic sawmill processes and safety practices.
- High School Diploma.
- Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, climbing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/sawmill environment.
