Location Options: This role can be based out of either the corporate office in Peachtree City, GA or one of the sawmills: Bay Springs, MS / Belk, AL / Thomaston, GA / Eatonton, GA / De Quincy, LA / Monticello, AR.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess safety performance, ensure compliance, and evaluate control effectiveness
- Lead and support incident investigations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and timely corrective actions
- Identify and mitigate high-risk exposures (machine guarding, lockout/tagout, mobile equipment interactions, dust hazards)
- Coordinate and support safety training, including onboarding, refresher, and regulatory requirements
- 5 years of industrial safety experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Experience in environments with mobile equipment, machinery, energy isolation, and dust-related hazards
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices
- Proven ability to lead incident investigations, assess hazards, and implement corrective actions
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to travel regularly
- Organized, adaptable, and analytical, with a proactive approach to managing priorities and identifying risks
