- Prepare and analyze financial reporting including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, cost reporting, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial records and strong controls by maintaining compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and supporting audits.
- Provide financial insight and support to operations by partnering with Mill Managers and divisional teams on reporting, analysis, and business decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement and leadership initiatives including capital projects and internal reporting requirements.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Collaborative and approachable, with resilience and openness to feedback needed to work effectively with strong operational leaders
