At InterEx Group, we’re hiring Spanish-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Miami team, focused on the LATAM technology market. You’ll build your own desk, develop long-term client relationships, and grow a personal book of business with full training and support from day one.
This is a sales role through and through.
You’ll be trained to refine:
- Candidate Sourcing and Qualification
- Consultative Selling
- Business Development pitching to mid-to enterprise level organizations
- Negotiation and deal management
No recruitment experience required. If you’ve sold before and are hungry to learn more ways to sell, we’ll teach you the recruitment piece.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a full 360 recruitment desk (clients candidates) with structured training
- Developing relationships across the LATAM technology market
- Winning new business through proactive sales outreach and networking
- Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for contract and permanent roles
- Working toward clear weekly and monthly sales targets
- Becoming a specialist in Data, SAP, or CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
- Sales-driven, competitive, and money-motivated
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a target-led environment
- Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
