Recruitment Consultant, Spanish Speaking
Location: Miami, Edgewater 33137
- Fully onsite, Monday to Friday
InterEx Group is expanding its presence in Miami and is hiring Spanish speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our fast-paced and performance-driven office in Edgewater.
This role is suited to ambitious individuals who want hands-on training, strong earning potential, and a clear path for career progression within a high-growth recruitment business.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for growing client accounts, winning new business, and placing contract talent across specialist technology markets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Driving new business through outbound sales activity, networking, and market research
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships across Spanish speaking markets
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing contract candidates across ERP, CRM, Data, and other tech verticals
- Working towards revenue targets, building your desk, and contributing to team success
We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Recruitment experience is preferred, though strong sales performers are encouraged to apply
- A track record of billing success or confidence working to KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- driven, resilient, and results-focused mindset
