Graduate Recruitment Consultant- Miami, FL (On-Site | Full Training Provided)
InterEx Group is hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Miami. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performance environment alongside some of the top recruitment professionals in the industry, and it is 100% a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify, and place professionals into active client vacancies
- Manage the full recruitment process across both candidates and clients, including the full interview and offer process.
- Operate a 360-recruitment desk, including business development, working to develop your own book of business.
- Identify and secure new client partnerships through networking and outreach
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and decision-makers across global markets
What We’re Looking For:
- A drive to work and develop a career within sales
- Based in Miami and able to work on-site 5 days a week (Edgewater office)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive attitude
- Ambitious, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Collaborative and team-driven mindset
