Associate Delivery Consultant → 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Edgewater, Miami
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 base uncapped commission (First-year OTE: $75K–$80K)

Your Role:
Start With Candidate Delivery (180 Recruitment)
- Find top tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn: sending messages through LinkedIn Recruiter, calling candidates who
- Build relationships with candidates through outreach, calls, interviews, and regular communication
- Earn $750 for every successful placement (contract or permanent) starting from day one !!!!
Move Into 360 Recruitment:
- Once you’re confident with delivery, start developing your own client relationships
- Reach out to hiring managers via email, LinkedIn, and calls to offer tailored recruitment solutions
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle from winning clients to placing candidates
