You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, managing relationships throughout the hiring process, and partnering closely with consultants and clients to ensure successful placements. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage top technology talent for live roles
- Manage candidate relationships through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Support consultants and clients with successful end-to-end delivery
- Work across multiple concurrent, high-demand searches
- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout
Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in the technology sector
- Driven, ambitious, and detail-oriented approach

Pay range and compensation package:
- Base salary up to $70,000
- Flat-fee commission per placement
- Hybrid working model (Brickell office)
